     As of May 2006, I've only been writing Spuffy fanfiction and posting it online for a year now--my first fics were posted at the Bloodshedverse, hosted by the fantastic and patient bloodshedbaby.  I have more ideas than I have time to write, so there's plenty more where this came from, and hopefully someday I'll get them all written!

Personally?  As in, Real Life?

     I'm a registered nurse, but in my heart of hearts, I've always wanted to write.  With no ideas on characterization or how to develop plots, I used to write Mary Sue fics galore, until they were found when I was in high school and passed around for the amusement of others.  After a long dry spell without writing anything, I started and completed a Star Trek novel that I have never been brave enough to submit, as well as a couple of other false starts.

     I'm in a committed relationship with a wonderful, supportive woman who believes in me and my endeavors.  She gifted me with a laptop on James Marsters' birthday, and things took off exponentially from there.  Together we have four beautiful daughters who are all gifted in their own way.  Sandy, my significant other, is also a registered nurse.

     Other interesting things about me?  Well, there really isn't much.  I have tried out for Jeopardy and will make it on the show one of these days.  I have a photographic memory that comes in very handy when it comes to writing and trivia--my family calls me Sponge-brain.  I belonged to Mensa at one time and let my membership lapse for lack of interest.  I love movies, music, and books of all kinds.  I hate shopping--I would rather poke a sharp stick into my eye. 

     Currently, we share our home with two Mexican-Jack-Shitz (Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier/Shitzhu) blend dogs that are brother and sister, and yes, they are yappy little ankle-biters; one black cat named Sin that moved outdoors due to stimulus overload, and two ducks, also living outside now.  Hopefully no more animals will grace our home--Please!
